Sales Team Lead

At Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, establish work schedules, and authorize the return of merchandise as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and requiring attention to detail.

- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
