Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors' activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize project efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, prepare construction schedules, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage changes to contractual agreements.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction management.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
