Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders in conjunction with the Supervisor, Stores and Receiving, and the F & B Director.
- Liaise regularly with Food and Beverage Operations to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Receive, store, and issue alcoholic goods to the appropriate department in conjunction with the receiving department.
- Manage stock levels based on historical data and immediate requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Check invoices against purchase orders and actual receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare spoilage/damaged goods reports weekly and provide insights on stock movements and trends.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders, including guests, ownership, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of stores experience.
- Responsible Liquor Service certificate.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mathematical abilities and computer literacy in MS Office.
The Inventory Manager will work in a regular back office and stores environment, with regular walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and driving. Some exposure to the elements and non-traditional work hours may be required.
