Office Support Specialist

Job Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and best practices within the agency, answering the phones, greeting visitors, data entry, and personnel file maintenance. The Office Administrator will be expected to thoroughly understand the nature of Mountain Plains CSSN's philosophy, values, and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Continually monitor and assess the office needs and take initiatives to ensure current operations are running smoothly.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and best practices within the agency.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and perform data entry.
- Be responsible for personnel file maintenance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two-year prior experience and/or hold a two-year diploma in a related field.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License.
- Driver's Abstract.
- Clear Criminal Records Check.
- Clear Children's Service Intervention Record Check.
- Vehicle Insurance stating $2 million liability and access to a vehicle.
