Partner Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to join their team in a Transportation Infrastructure project in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transportation Engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Comprehensive Project Plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor Project Progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and Mentor a Multidisciplinary Project Team.
  • Ensure Projects Comply with All Relevant Regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Implement Quality Control Processes to ensure high standards of project delivery.
  • Conduct Regular Project Reviews and Audits.
  • Manage Project Budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare and Present Financial Reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify Opportunities for Cost Savings and Efficiency Improvements.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) Designation or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ Years of Experience in Transportation Project Management.
  • Strong Knowledge of Transportation Infrastructure, including roads, highways, bridges, and public transit systems.
  • Ability to Work Effectively Under Pressure and Manage Multiple Priorities.
