About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for setting up and integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other technologies as required.
- Configure Lex Bot, Polly, Lambda functions, CloudWatch for optimal performance.
- Implement automation processes for the setup of various AWS services via CI/CD pipeline.
- Integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Perform unit testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the tech stack.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda functions, CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience in setting up Omnichannel or Salesforce for Email and SMS flow.
