About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Template Designer to join our team at Aquent Talent. As a UX Template Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing e-commerce UX templates for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into functional templates.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve template designs.
  • Maintain the UX e-commerce template website and refresh brand assets and style guides.
  • Monitor UX e-commerce template adoption, consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience creating exceptional digital experiences at a digital agency or an e-commerce company.
  • Previous design system/template design management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with UX & UI designers, researchers, data analysts, and copywriters to build 'best-in-class' digital experiences.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous UX template design projects is required.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to deliver quality, focus, and vision towards customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Expert working knowledge of Figma and Creative Suite and strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and oral communication and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent work experience.
