At Alstom, we're committed to creating a safer and more sustainable future for our customers and communities. As an EHS Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS management systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees and contractors on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement EHS plans and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
