Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of hotel clerks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel clerks, ensuring efficient and effective front desk operations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Train and develop hotel clerks, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and front desk activity.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and hotel staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
