Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Connecting Dots - Dave Barr. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • General Maintenance: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Day care centre or nursery school.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
