NDS recyclage de metaux is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults and malfunctions in diesel engines and other heavy equipment using computerized testing equipment.


We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-4 years of experience in the industry. You should have a strong understanding of diesel engine repair and maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.


The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, you will need to be proficient in English or French, and be able to work 40 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines and other heavy equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications
  • Attach components and adjust new farm equipment
  • SERVICE attachments and working tools

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3-4 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English or French
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
