Job DescriptionThe Senior Commercial Real Estate Project Manager will oversee smaller pursuit opportunities, managing the process from start to finish. This role will work independently on these smaller projects, ensuring successful execution of content creation, deliverables, and timelines.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with senior team members, service line leaders, and sales professionals to ensure proposals and presentations are compliant, competitive, and tailored to decision-makers' needs.
- Independently manage end-to-end development of smaller pursuit opportunities, including coordinating timelines, gathering content, and overseeing delivery of customized, high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Take ownership of pursuit deliverables, coordinating inputs from various team members, aligning content with agreed themes, managing proofreading and formatting, and ensuring final product is client-focused and competitive.
- Maintain and organize the Pursuit Team's content library, ensuring relevant and up-to-date information is available for future projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
We're seeking a positive, proactive individual with strong project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A bachelor's degree and commercial real estate experience are preferred. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are also required.
CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
