Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods
