Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at K&K SONS HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Own transportation and vehicle
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
