Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at DOMINOS' PIZZA. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in their transition to Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.

Support for Indigenous People:

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. As a Shift Manager, you will provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.

Support for Visible Minorities:

We are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities. As a Shift Manager, you will provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
