Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at GG FREIGHT SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Staff Management
    • Delegate work to office support staff and train them as needed.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
    • Permanent.

    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
