About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dining Establishment Supervisor to join our team at New Fine Pizza And Donair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our fast-paced dining establishment and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the dining establishment maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
  • Marketing Strategy: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality products.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
