Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RedChillies Sports Bar. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train new staff members on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and submit budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
