As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
* Hire and manage food service staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Prepare budgets and cost estimates
* Address customer complaints and concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a food service environment
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
