We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0732265 BC Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
