Vehicle Development Lead

ROLE SUMMARY
- Drive system development from concept to production, leveraging expertise in mechanics and materials science.
- Contribute to setting performance criteria and validation plans for each system, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to deliver innovative vehicle systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of mechanical systems and their operation, applying this knowledge to inform design and development.
- Implement predictive calculation tools to guide designers and project developers in their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop system components from design to production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of the vision guiding system development on upcoming platforms.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
- Provide technical guidance to designers and project developers, ensuring that their work aligns with company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Be fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Have a strong understanding of mechanics, tolerancing, and material resistance.
- Be familiar with the operation and construction of mechanical systems for motor vehicles.
- Be able to implement predictive calculation tools.
