Vehicle Surface Design Engineer

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Vehicle Surface Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of various surface systems of a recreational vehicle. This role will involve collaborating with designers and engineers to create innovative solutions for surface systems.
The ideal candidate will have a technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or plastics engineering, or relevant design experience. They will also have a good understanding of mechanics and 3D visualization, as well as experience in 3D modelling and surface design.
The Vehicle Surface Design Engineer will be required to use software such as Catia V5 or Solidworks, and will need to communicate effectively in English and French (written and spoken). They will also need to be able to take on challenges as part of a team and have a strong interest in finding creative solutions to problems that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or plastics engineering, or relevant design experience
- Good understanding of mechanics and 3D visualization
- Experience in 3D modelling and surface design
- Ability to use software such as Catia V5 or Solidworks
