Job Title: Line Cook

At Gogo Sushi, we're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive the best dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas


Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
  • Ability to work in a team environment
