Patient Transfer Operations Coordinator

Voyago is seeking a skilled Patient Transfer Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Newmarket region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a bi-weekly attendant schedule to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure vehicle availability and maintenance, including regular audits and deep cleans
  • Process payroll and new hire orientation training for all staff members
  • Conduct driving assessments and field audits to guarantee safety standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, mileage, and fuel consumption
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish effective procedures and protocols
  • Coordinate with General Managers on progressive discipline and performance management
Requirements:
  • A valid 'G' Class Driving License and ability to work independently
  • A College Diploma or Equivalent and 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service experience and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits packages for full-time employees, including an Employee and Family Assistance Program, great company perks program, and Employee Referral Bonus.
