Food Preparation and Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation and Service Team Member to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs, plan menus, and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, manage kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong physical stamina.
- Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, flexibility, initiative, and judgment.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a benefits package including paid time off, medical insurance, and opportunities for career growth.
