Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project execution
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on project progress and status
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
