Project Lead for OMEGA Implementation and Supply Chain Optimization

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead the implementation of OMEGA and drive supply chain optimization initiatives at BRP. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our 3PLs and service providers to develop and implement enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost mitigation strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external value-added partners to introduce new concepts and best practices.
  • Coordinating the work of multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Facilitating workshops to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain project management, preferably in similar industries.
  • Proven experience in distribution center organization projects and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP environment and ability to operationalize strategic plans.
