About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will play a critical role in the transformation of our worldwide distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts, and implement cost mitigation strategies as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to drive business growth and improvement
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain project management, preferably in the automotive, consumer goods, or replacement parts industries
  • Proven experience in distribution centre organization and supply chain optimization projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and other supply chain management systems
