The Facilities Maintenance Director will lead the overall maintenance function of the mill, ensuring reliable operation and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will develop departmental budgets, prioritize spending, and advise senior management on cost over-runs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess job performance for reporting supervisors\
  • Develop and implement effective training programs\
  • Ensure conformance to labor contracts and company policies\
  • Liaise with union representatives on grievances and contracting issues\
