Office Administrator

Pacific Towing and Recovery seeks an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Private sector
- Urban area
Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
