Crest Hotel LP is seeking a skilled Hotel Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our food and beverage team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and monitoring revenues to determine labor costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
