Hotel Operations Coordinator

The Crest Hotel LP is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
About the Role
This role involves coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing same duties as workers supervised, preparing and submitting reports, assisting clients/guests with special needs, hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage staff schedules, provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and oversee daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, and a strong passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of adaptability. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and hold a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Fluency in English is required for this position, which offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
