Crest Hotel LP is seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing duties similar to those supervised, preparing and submitting reports, assisting clients/guests with special needs, hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless customer service delivery
  • Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of performance
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on guest interactions and staff performance
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Hire and train new staff members, focusing on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; equivalent experience accepted
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills essential
  • Able to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
