Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at LeddarTech. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a leading role in the development of perception software for autonomous driving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a leading part in the development of perception software for autonomous driving, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance systems.
  • Develop new features using C++ and Graphics libraries, implementing and optimizing computer vision algorithms to ensure seamless integration with various sensors.
  • Collaborate with algorithm and application engineers to define product requirements and system design, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support troubleshooting of issues in deploying software stacks, providing expert-level technical guidance to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in C++ development, with a strong track record of individual technical contribution.
  • High technical competence, including experience with multi-disciplinary high-performance systems in a multi-threaded environment.
  • Familiarity with Python and Computer Vision is an advantage, as is experience with Linux or GPUs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
