About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at 1451364 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
