About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at 1451364 B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily store operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal store performance.
    • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold in the store.
    • Implement price and credits policies to ensure competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or gas station management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week of work.
