Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at 1451364 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail fueling center, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
