Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at NT Cash Carry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the facilities are kept clean and free of debris.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and perform other routine cleaning tasks as required.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
