Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at NT CASH CARRY. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability.
