Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
