Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Westbow Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve revenue targets, focusing on new clients and existing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support organizational objectives for the group of companies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define and achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with company's vision and strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration between the sales and marketing team, leading and mentoring teams to achieve individual and team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate market is preferred.
