We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Westbow Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Present regular reports and updates to Senior Leadership on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate market is preferred
