Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at TIRE HUT. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Staff Management
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Office Operations
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Reporting and Data Entry
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
    • Perform data entry to maintain accurate records
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week.
