Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Research and Analysis

Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.

Operations Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Human Resources

Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
