Job Summary

As a key member of the Waste Management team, the Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This is a supervisory position that requires strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
  • Supervise activities of the Inside Sales Department and ensure team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals.
  • Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
  • Execute ongoing training and coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.
  • Set up and maintain accurate customer records for all customer interactions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes direct supervision of 6 full-time employees.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales (in addition to education requirements).
  • Candidates must be able to build relationships, communicate with impact, demonstrate professionalism, demonstrate leadership/coaching, make sound decisions, think strategically, produce results, know the business, influence and negotiate, manage work/time, and use ethical practices.
