Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

At Closing the Gap Healthcare Group, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities of living, personal care, and respite for caregivers
  • Participate in recreation activities and meal preparation
  • Develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needs
  • Focus on client safety and deliver high-quality customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification (or currently in school to receive certification) or Equivalent Certificate
  • Up-to-date CPR/First Aid Certification and acceptable criminal check and child abuse registry
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle for travel within urban and rural settings
