About the Role

At Real Property Solutions, we are seeking a Senior Appraisal Success Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time role that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Appraiser Success Team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of appraisal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with the team

  • A competitive salary range of $42,750 - $54,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the appraisal industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
