We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical and functional limitations.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) in good standing.
- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably with a diverse caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
