Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Administration: Process and reconcile compensation for advisors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within critical timelines.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide complex escalated and time-sensitive compensation business needs and problems, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service to customers, workflows, and identify gaps.
  • Documentation: Own knowledge management documentation updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and French is required to support clients from various jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Distributor Services systems, with a strong working knowledge of DS Compensation policies and procedures.
