About the Team & Business Line:

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing financial report preparation and profit allocation statements, ensuring timely delivery to clients
  • As liaison with clients, you'll provide guidance on monthly reporting packages and ensure accurate responses to inquiries
  • Supporting staff with their monthly work, you'll also act as a liaison with external parties and adhere to internal and external standard procedures
  • Key responsibilities include new client on-boarding, fund launches, and reviewing administrative/accounting procedures to enhance efficiency
  • You'll facilitate compliance with internal reporting requirements and participate in strategic departmental initiatives
  • Additional tasks may include ad-hoc projects and contributing to the development of new processes

About You:

  • An accounting/finance background with relevant experience is essential, including a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of work experience in hedge fund accounting or investment companies
  • Nearly qualified or having completed CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, or CFA designation is preferred
  • A strong understanding of investment strategies and financial products is crucial, including derivatives
  • Experience managing teams and reviewing deliverables is also required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Office and Outlook, especially Excel, are necessary
  • Demonstrated financial reporting, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for success
